Baseball


  1. Background Check - ALL coaches (Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and anyone in the dugout with the team) MUST pass a background check. In addition, all coaches must complete the sexual abuse training. CRA has partnered with Protect Youth Sports to offer easy and affordable background checks combined with sexual abuse training. The cost is $16 per coach. Please click the following link to get started: https://opportunities.averity.com/Chickamauga. Once completed please email a copy of the certificates of completion to [email protected].
  2. Head's Up Concussion Training - ALL coaches must complete. Please click the following link to get started:  https://www.cdc.gov/headsup/youthsports/. Once completed please email a copy of the certificates of completion to [email protected].
  3. Head's Up Concussion Training - Have a parent to sign that they have received and read a Heads Up informational flyer.  This flyer helps to identify concussions and what steps to take to have them treated: http://www.cdc.gov/concussion/headsup/pdf/Parent_Athlete_Info_Sheet-a.pdf
